May is Celiac Disease Awareness month, and Joseph Murray, M. D., will be on Mayo Clinic Radio at 9 am CDT on Saturday, May 31st to talk about if celiac disease is really becoming more prevalent. Plus, Dr. Murray will discuss other immune reactions people experience when eating foods with gluten and whether the general population should jump on the gluten-free fad.
