FDA Proposes ‘Gluten-Free’ Labeling Requirements for Fermented, Hydrolyzed and Distilled Foods

New rules for gluten-free labeling have been proposed for producers of fermented, distilled or hydrolyzed foods and beverages, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), announced this week.
